Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our esteemed spa team at Delma Spa. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing a variety of beauty and skincare treatments to our guests, helping them enhance their natural beauty and promote overall well-being. You will ensure the highest level of service quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of esthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, body treatments, and skincare consultations.
- Assess guest’s skin condition and recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Provide professional skincare advice and educate guests on skincare routines.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and work areas.
- Uphold spa policies and protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Adhere to licensing and certification requirements.
- Keep accurate records of guest information and treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals for comprehensive guest care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Valid esthetician license or certification.
- Previous experience as an esthetician.
- Strong knowledge of skincare treatments and products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain discretion and guest confidentiality.
- Knowledge of spa software and booking systems is a plus.
