Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Massage Therapist to join our esteemed spa team at Delma Spa. As a Massage Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of massage treatments that promote relaxation, relieve stress, and enhance overall well-being for our guests. You will ensure the highest level of service quality and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and aromatherapy massages.
- Assess guest needs and preferences to tailor massage sessions accordingly.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and work areas.
- Educate guests on the benefits of massage and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Uphold spa policies and protocols to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
- Adhere to licensing and certification requirements.
- Keep accurate records of guest information and treatment sessions.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals for comprehensive guest care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Valid certification in massage therapy.
- Previous experience as a massage therapist.
- Strong knowledge of different massage techniques and their therapeutic effects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain discretion and guest confidentiality.
- Knowledge of spa software and booking systems is a plus.
