Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and skilled Nail Technician to join our esteemed spa team at Delma Spa. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering a range of nail care services to our guests, ensuring their nails look beautiful and well-maintained. You will provide excellent customer service and uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail extensions, and nail art.
- Assess the condition of guests’ nails and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the nail salon, including sterilizing tools and equipment.
- Provide advice on nail care and recommend nail products.
- Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction and a pleasant spa experience.
- Adhere to licensing and certification requirements.
- Keep accurate records of guest information and nail treatments.
- Collaborate with other spa professionals for comprehensive guest care.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements through continuing education.
Qualifications:
- Valid nail technician license or certification.
- Previous experience as a nail technician.
- Proficiency in a variety of nail techniques, including nail art.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to maintain discretion and guest confidentiality.
- Knowledge of spa software and booking systems is a plus.
