Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Spa Manager to lead our team at Delma Spa. As a Spa Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all spa operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and managing a team of spa professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of Delma Spa, including staff scheduling, treatment bookings, and inventory management.
- Guest Relations: Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of spa professionals, including therapists, estheticians, and support staff.
- Health and Safety: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols in compliance with local regulations and guidelines.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage the spa’s financial performance, including budgeting and revenue targets.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute spa promotional strategies to drive business growth.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all spa treatments and services meet high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Spa Manager in a luxury spa setting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Knowledge of spa treatments, wellness, and beauty therapies.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
