Job Summary:
We are seeking a welcoming and efficient Spa Receptionist to join our esteemed spa team at Delma Spa. As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa reception area. Your warm and professional demeanor will contribute to a positive spa experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Schedule spa appointments and assist guests in choosing the most suitable treatments.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about spa services.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area.
- Process payments, handle cash, and manage spa retail sales.
- Confirm appointments and follow up with guests to ensure their satisfaction.
- Assist in managing spa bookings and appointment scheduling.
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Provide information on spa membership programs and special promotions.
- Keep accurate records of spa bookings and guest information.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer-focused and detail-oriented.
- Proficiency in spa booking software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
