Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Spa Sales Associate to join our esteemed spa team at Delma Spa. As a Spa Sales Associate, you will be responsible for promoting spa services, products, and memberships to our clients. Your passion for wellness and strong sales acumen will contribute to our guests’ overall spa experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients in a friendly and professional manner.
- Promote spa services, packages, and products to clients to meet sales targets.
- Provide detailed information about spa services and memberships to clients.
- Actively listen to clients’ needs and preferences and recommend suitable treatments and products.
- Schedule spa appointments for clients and ensure an efficient booking process.
- Handle client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception and retail area.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of retail products.
- Collaborate with the spa team to create a seamless guest experience.
- Stay informed about current spa promotions and offerings.
- Participate in sales training and development programs.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a spa or wellness setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Knowledge of spa services and products is a plus.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
